The 130 neighbours of Vilarchán, have come together to buy a house with the objective of preventing a Roma Family from being able to buy it first. The Roma family intended to pay the 24,000 euros to the owner to acquire the property. However, the owner is no longer willing to sell the premises because of pressure from the neighbours.
